CCNA: IPv6 Addressing & Static Routes

The company is adding IPv6. Enable IPv6 routing, address both routers and the PCs, and connect the two LANs with static routes.

Tasks

  1. On both routers turn on IPv6 routing.
  2. Address the link: R1 Gi0/0 2001:db8:12::1/64, R2 Gi0/0 2001:db8:12::2/64 (and no shutdown).
  3. Address the LANs: R1 Gi0/1 2001:db8:1::1/64, R2 Gi0/1 2001:db8:2::1/64; PC1 2001:db8:1::10/64, PC2 2001:db8:2::10/64 with the router as gateway.
  4. Add IPv6 static routes so each router reaches the other LAN, then ping PC2 from PC1.
