Agreement

These terms govern your use of AI WebAsha, an online learning platform operated by WebAsha Technologies ("we", "us"), [Registered office address, Pune, Maharashtra, India — PIN — TO BE REVIEWED]. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

Accounts

You must provide accurate details and keep your password and any API keys confidential. You are responsible for activity under your account. One account is for one person; sharing accounts is not permitted. You must be at least 13 years old, and users under 18 should use the service with the consent of a parent or guardian.

Acceptable use

Lab machines, playgrounds and the AI tutor are provided for learning. You must not use them to attack, scan or access systems you do not own, mine cryptocurrency, send spam, host illegal content, or try to break out of or overload the lab environment. We may suspend or terminate accounts that break these rules, without refund where the misuse is serious.

Subscriptions and payments

Paid plans are billed in Indian Rupees through our payment partner Razorpay. Prices include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. A plan gives access for the period shown at purchase (for example one month or one year) and does not renew automatically, unless you choose UPI Autopay at checkout, in which case it renews each period until you cancel (see the Cancellation & Refund Policy).

Content and intellectual property

Courses, labs, articles and software on the platform belong to WebAsha Technologies or its licensors. You may use them for your personal learning only and must not copy, resell or redistribute them. AI-generated answers are provided for guidance and may contain mistakes; verify important information.

Certification exams

Mock exams are practice material. They are not affiliated with or endorsed by Red Hat, Cisco, the Linux Foundation, CompTIA or other certification bodies, and passing a mock exam does not guarantee passing the real exam.

Availability and liability

We aim to keep the service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the extent permitted by law, WebAsha Technologies's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Pune, Maharashtra have exclusive jurisdiction.

Changes

We may update these terms. Material changes will be announced on the platform; continued use after the change means you accept the new terms.
