Kubernetes: Fix a Broken Pod

The `api` deployment in `default` is stuck in ImagePullBackOff after a bad release. Find and fix it.

Tasks

1. Inspect the failing pod and find the bad image (hint: describe it).
2. Update the api deployment image to httpd:2.4.
3. Scale api to 2 replicas.
