Python: Write, Run and Package a Script

The finance team wants a small Python tool that totals monthly expenses. Build it in VS Code.

Tasks

1. Create hello.py that prints Hello WebAsha, and run it.
2. Create budget.py with a function total(items) that returns the sum of a list of numbers.
3. Create a virtual environment .venv in your home folder and install requests into it.
