RH124 Ch 14: RPM Repositories and dnf

WebAsha publishes its in-house tools in a private RPM repository, available on servera at `file:///opt/webasha-repo`. Configure the repository, install the new tools and clean out the legacy package.

Tasks

1. Configure a repository with the base URL file:///opt/webasha-repo (enabled, GPG check off — the packages are unsigned).
2. Install the package webasha-tools from that repository.
3. Remove the old package webasha-legacy.
4. Find which package provides the file /usr/bin/gpasswd and save the package name (without version) to ~/gpasswd-pkg.txt.
