RH124 Ch 3: Organise a Messy Home Directory

A trainer left `~/downloads` full of mixed files. Tidy student's home directory, build the project skeleton and set up the links the team asked for.

Tasks

1. Create the directories ~/projects/webasha/src, ~/projects/webasha/docs and ~/projects/webasha/tests.
2. Move every .pdf file from ~/downloads into a new directory ~/documents.
3. Copy the .jpg files from ~/downloads into ~/pictures, keeping the originals in ~/downloads.
4. Delete the .tmp files in ~/downloads, leaving everything else.
5. Create a hard link ~/projects/webasha/docs/handbook.pdf pointing to the same data as ~/documents/handbook.pdf.
6. Create a symbolic link ~/logs that points to /var/log.
