RH124 Ch 1: First Day on a RHEL Server

You have just joined the WebAsha infrastructure team. Before touching anything, record the basic facts about servera and its neighbour serverb for the team wiki.

Tasks

1. Save the RHEL release string (the contents of /etc/redhat-release) to ~/release.txt.
2. Save the running kernel release to ~/kernel.txt.
3. Log in to serverb as student over SSH (password student), find its host name and save it on servera in ~/serverb.txt.
4. Create the directory ~/notes for your own notes.
