RH134 Ch 3: tuned Profiles and Process Priority

servera now runs the report generator for WebAsha's analytics team. Apply the right tuning profile, record what tuned recommends, and stop the batch jobs from stealing CPU from interactive users.

Tasks

1. Make throughput-performance the active tuning profile, with tuned enabled at boot.
2. Save the output of tuned-adm recommend to /root/recommended.txt.
3. The batch job reportgen is already running at the default priority. Change its nice value to 10 without restarting it.
4. Start /usr/local/bin/archiver infinity in the background with a nice value of 15, so it keeps running after you log out.
